Domestic Shipping:
Premade items ship in 1–7 business days
If an order has not shipped within 7-14 days, it becomes a pre-order requiring 2–6 weeks for production
Customers receive an email update when their order ships
Weekly updates are provided through the brand’s Instagram story @2facedsociety_
Order Tracking:
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can monitor your package’s progress in real time.
Duties & Taxes:
• For international orders, duties and taxes may apply upon delivery. these fees are your responsibility. 2FACEDSOCIETY is not liable for any additional costs imposed by customs.

• We love transparency. If your package is delayed due to uncontrollable issues such as weather or customs, we will keep you informed and updated!
Lost or Damaged Packages:
• In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged, please contact USPS/Shipping Carrier within 7 days of the expected delivery date. They will work diligently to resolve the issue, offering a refund.
